Nassau Police Searching For Missing Woman With Special Needs

She was last seen leaving her house Wednesday afternoon. Do you know where she is?

Nassau police are searching for a missing vulnerable adult who was last seen leaving her home in Freeport on Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, Natalie Nelson, 29, was last seen leaving her home on Dean Street at 3:30 p.m. Nelson, who has a cognitive impairment, was heading to an unknown destination.

Nelson is a black woman, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347, or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
