Police Seeking Two who Attacked, Robbed Delivery Driver

BREAKING: The pair assaulted the driver before stealing his money and food.

Police are searching for two men who robbed a pizza delivery driver in Roosevelt on Tuesday.

According to detectives, two men approached a pizza delivery man in front of 114 Henry St. in Roosevelt at 12:50 a.m. and demanded money. The men pushed and shoved the victim up against his car and then removed an undisclosed amount of cash from his pocket. One of the men then punched the victim in the face. The victim fled in his car and the subjects fled eastbound on Nassau Road with the cash and food.

The first man is described as a Hispanic man, short, average build, black hair and goatee, wearing a long sleeve black shirt and baggy khaki pants. The second robber is a black man, 6 feet tall, thin build, dark complexion, large lips, wearing a grey jacket and khaki pants.
