Remembering The 9/11 Victims From Freeport
There were four first responders from Freeport, who perished on 9/11 20 years ago.
FREEPORT, NY — In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, the deadliest terror attack on American soil, Patch remembers the victims from Freeport. There were 281 Nassau County residents who died on 9/11, but that number was increased to 344 based on the length of time in their hometown.
