Roosevelt High School recently announced the Salutatorian class of 2017. Nylette Lopez achieved the second-highest Grade Point Average (GPA) of the 2017 graduating class with a weighted average of 100.14. Lopez is a National Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar with Honors, a National QuestBridge finalist, the student body president, the Mathletes co-captain and a member of the National Honor Society. She also plays varsity softball and plays tuba in the marching and concert bands.
