BREAKING: Police found the man bleeding severely from a wound on his arm.

A Freeport woman was arrested early Sunday morning after police say she attacked her boyfriend with a broken bottle.

When they arrived, they found a 43-year-old man bleeding severely from a cut to his left arm. After investigating, police say they learned that the man had an argument with his girlfriend, Kieshya Clemons, 39, of Leonard Avenue, which escalated, leading to her cutting him with a broken beer bottle.
Freeport police located Clemons walking on North Main Street, where she was placed under arrest without incident. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of his wound.
