$10,000 Stolen From Carle Place Restaurant: Police

A man is sought for the Tuesday overnight crime, police said.

CARLE PLACE, NY — A man is wanted for burglarizing a Carle Place business early Tuesday, police said.

Just after 4 a.m., the unknown man forcibly entered the rear door of Plori Restaurant, located at 307 Old Country Rd.

Once inside, he stole approximately $10,000 from multiple cash registers, police said. The suspect then fled on foot westbound toward Lindbergh Boulevard.
