7th Street In Garden City Closed Tuesday

GARDEN CITY, NY — 7th Street from Hilton Ave. to Franklin Ave. in Garden City will be closed on April 14 to allow Village staff to perform a spring cleanup of the street, the Village announced via Facebook.

Officials said parking for businesses and restaurants will still be available in certain lots – 7N and 7S via any entrance that is not on 7th Street.

The street will remain closed until the work is complete, officials said. There is no time or date yet for when it will be reopened.
