The Presidents' Cup is presented annually to signify overall athletic excellence in the Northeast-10. The honor is awarded to the institution that compiles the most cumulative points, based on finishes in the regular-season standings, from all of its programs competing in league championships.

Points for men's and women's cross country, men's and women's swimming & diving, men's and women's indoor and outdoor track & field, and men's golf are awarded based on placement in those sports' respective conference championships.

This fall, Adelphi claimed the 2013 Northeast-10 Golf Championship, placed third in the women's soccer regular-season standings, and was also fourth in both men's soccer and volleyball.

The Merrimack field hockey and men's soccer teams both earned second-place finishes this fall, while its women's cross country squad placed fourth at the conference championship in late October and its women's soccer team tied for fourth.

Stonehill, which claimed back-to-back-to-back Presidents' Cup awards in 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12, received first-place victories from both its men's and women's cross country teams, earned a share of first-place in football and was third in field hockey this autumn.

American Int'l is fourth after the Yellow Jackets football team earned a share of the Northeast-10 regular-season title, its women's soccer team finished second in the regular season, and its men's cross country team placed third at the conference championship.

For Bentley, the Falcons' volleyball team finished tied for second in the regular-season standings, its women's cross country team had a third-place championship finish, and its golf team was runner-up at the Northeast-10 Championship.

The Northeast-10 will provide updated standings at the conclusion of the winter season to reflect updated point totals from men's and women's basketball, ice hockey, men's and women's swimming & diving and men's and women's indoor track & field.
