Their project will restore the lizards’ habitat, create a hands-on outdoor classroom, and even map lizard sightings across Garden City and nearby towns.

Historical exhibit featured at Toll House (gcnews.com) — Garden City residents are invited to the grand opening of the renovated historic Toll Lodge on Seventh Street, featuring a new exhibit on the Vanderbilt Motor Parkway and the Garden City Toll Lodge.
