UNIONDALE, NY — A 63-year-old man was hospitalized after he struck a curb on his e-bike in Uniondale Thursday afternoon, Nassau County police said.
The man was riding an e-bike westbound on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard when he struck a curb at the intersection of Earle Ovington Boulevard, and he was ejected over the handlebars at 3:20 p.m., police said.
He was transported to a local hospital for a head injury and is currently listed in stable condition, police said.
