On October 5th, beak out your bell-bottoms and Nehru jackets. Long Island's premier Beatles tribute band - The Liverpool Shuffle, will have you reliving those groovy tunes from the 60's. For one night only, beginning at 7pm, St. Anne's McCloskey Auditorium will be transformed into an underground London bistro, reminiscent of the early venues frequented by the "Fab Four".
Tickets for this benefit show, hosted by the Msgr. John's Knights of Columbus, are $60 and include food, drink and lots of good times.
Proceeds from this event will support Knights charities and the DeCrescito family. As you may know, Chris DeCrescito, a member of the Knights of Columbus, died tragically this past year. Saint Anne's is the Parish of the DeCrescito family. Chris's wife, Denise who suffers from MS, and their three children, continue to be active Parishioners at St Anne's. This event will enable us to join the Parish community's efforts to financially assist the DeCrescito family.
For ticket information, or to inquire about becoming a sponsor for this event, please call the Knightsline at (516) 670-KofC / (516) 670-5632.
