Cops: Man Wanted in 2 Armed Bank Robberies
Man held up two Capital One banks in Carle Place and Floral Park, cops said.

Nassau County Police released a surveillance photo of a man they said robbed two banks at gunpoint this month.
The subject is described as a black man, 6-foot to 6-foot-1, 30-40 years old, medium build, dark complexion, and weighing 200-225 pounds. He wears a black mask, black subclasses, a white t-shirt, and black track pants.

Detectives said the man held up two Capital One banks, one in Carle Place on Sept. 5 and one in Floral Park on Sept. 17.
Cops said the man entered both banks, revealed a gun, and verbally demanded money from tellers at gun point. Tellers cooperated and the man fled both scenes on foot, police said.

As they continue their investigation, detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Robbery Squad at 516-573-8040 or Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
