Exercise classes for Seniors

Open to seniors, all are welcome.

Exercises, designed to address flexibiliy, strength and endurance, are led by Sue Salko, a certified Arthritis Exercise Instructor, former dancer, licensed social worker.

Maintain and enhance your unique physical sense of space, time and place with other like-minded seniors. Bring 2-3 lb weights and bands to class..No registration-ongoing-come whenever you can!!
