New York, N.Y. – On Friday, January 18, the men's and women's track and field team headed back to the Armory in New York City to compete in the Albany Great Dane Classic which featured some of the top teams in the region spread out across all three NCAA divisions. The meet was highlighted by nearly a dozen personal bests, one NCAA provisional qualifying mark and a top- 20 team finish on both the men's and women's sides.
In the distance events for the women, both Katie Hundertmark and Jennifer McNally represented Adelphi well in their respective events. Hundertmark was the lone Panther to compete in the 5,000m run and set a personal best by two seconds in a time of 19:42 which was good enough for a fifth place finish.
