Nassau Hit And Run Driver Sought; Victim Hospitalized: Cops

GARDEN CITY PARK, NY — A man was the victim of a hit-and-run in Garden City Park.

The 32-year-old victim was seen laying on Dykman Avenue, just after 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The driver of a black Acura made no attempt to stop, police said.

The injured man suffered head trauma and was bleeding profusely, authorities said.

Officers gave first aid until the Garden City Park Fire Department arrived and brought him to an area hospital.
