The Halloween Fest at the Garden City Bird Sanctuary/ Tanners Pond Environmental Center is definitely on for Saturday, October 19th from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Crafts, games, prizes and costume parade. Have children wear costumes for the costume parade. $10 per person over the age of two.
