Loaded Ghost Guns, Apparent Drugs Found In Vehicle: Police
Charles Arbas faces several charges including criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

GARDEN CITY NORTH, NY — A Hempstead man was stopped Tuesday night by police night for urinating in a parking lot on Jericho Turnpike in Garden City North.
An investigation into the vehicle yielded two loaded "Ghost" handguns and two clear bags with a white powdery substance, believed to be cocaine, authorities said.
Charles Arbas, 34, was placed into custody without incident.

Officers also recovered three straws containing the same substance that appeared to be cocaine, police said.
Arbas faces charges that include third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was expected to be arraigned on Wednesday.
