With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. Our goal driven and technique oriented approach is the key to your child's success. Through skill based quality teaching our students develop a joy for learning and a passion for swimming. The third annual Ride of a Life Time is a cycling event to benefit local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation.It takes place at two locations on Saturday, April 29 from 8-11 a.m.:<ul><li>Life Time Garden City, 750 Zeckendorf Blvd. </li><li>Life Time Syosset, 350 Robbins Lane</li></ul>Life Time has set a fundraising goal of $1.5 million after topping $1 million last year.Anyone can participate and they are encouraged to raise a minimum of $250. People can also take part virtually in cycling from their homes. Local proceeds will help the Cohen Children's Medical Center, part of Northwell Health.
