Nassau Police Seeking Public's Help To Find Man Wanted For Murder

Police say he shot and killed a person in a home in Uniondale in July. Do you know where he is?

UNIONDALE, NY — The Nassau County Police Department is seeking the public's help to find the man pictured above, who is wanted in connection with a murder that happened in Uniondale in July.

According to police, between 9 and 10 p.m. on July 24, Yonel Pitaud, pictured above, shot and killed a person inside a home on Tulip Court in Uniondale.

Police are asking anyone with information on Ptiaud's whereabouts, or with any information about the crime, to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous, and you could receive a reward if your information leads to an arrest.
