NCPD Investigating After Two Officers Take Selfie in Front of House Fire
The officers, who haven't been identified, have come under fire after the video surfaced Thursday.

The Nassau County Police Department is launching a probe into the conduct of two officers after video surfaced Thursday that apparently showed them taking a selfie in front of a burning home in Uniondale.
NBC4 released the video, which it took at the house fire. In the video, the officers, in full uniform, are seen posing with a phone in front of the burning home and apparently taking a picture.
In a statement, Acting Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter called the video "very disturbing" and said it is currently under investigation.

"If these officers are found to be in violation of any department rules and regulations, they will be appropriately disciplined," Krumpter said.
But according to NBC4, the family that owns the home doesn't mind. They said they are a law enforcement family and didn't think the officers did anything wrong.
