The Trojans scored early and often against Calhoun to celebrate Homecoming by a 41-0 margin.
Garden City celebrated Homecoming in winning fashion once again with a dominating run offense and stifling defense. The Trojans scored all 41 points in the first half and then settled in to ensure they held on to the shutout victory.
The scoring came from the legs of Brian Haeffner and Tim Schmelzinger as they both galloped for an 80 yard touchdown. Haeffner added scores of 1, 10 and 29 yards, while Schmelzinger also had the opening touchdown less than two minutes int
o the game on a 20 yard scamper.

Garden City remains undefeated with six straight wins and will travel to 5-1 Wantagh this Saturday for a showdown of the first and second place teams in Conference II.
