Potential Bias Incident At Hempstead Police Department Probed

A white T-shirt scrawled with a message about the KKK is prompting a bias investigation at a Nassau County police department.
According to ABC7, the shirt was found on the locker of an officer at the Hempstead Police Department. The shirt has two triangular holes cut into it and the message "KKK violate civil rights" written on it in black marker.
Newsday reported that the shirt was found on the locker of a white police officer.

The Nassau County Police Department and the District Attorney's office are investigating the incident, according to Newsday.
