Pair Arrested For Selling Drugs Online: Police
Two men were arrested for selling drugs online from Nassau County.
Nassau Police, in conjunction with the Long Island Heroin Task Force, arrested two men Sunday night for selling drugs online, police said.
According to police, an extensive investigation by the Heroin Task Force determined that drugs were being sold online in the Franklin Square-area. Police say they identified the drug dealers and arrested Dean J. Moran, 29, of Great Neck, and Nicolas Chapman, 27, of New Hyde Park, at 11:10 p.m. Sunday.
A subsequent investigation, police say, recovered a large assortment of narcotics, including 16.5 grams of cocaine, 13 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy), 73 tabs of LSD, 2.5 ounces of marijuana, 71 20 mg pills of oxycodone and liquid THC.

Moran is charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Chapman is charged with attempted fourth-degree petty larceny. Both men were arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Monday.
