WANTED! 300 Passionate Individuals Committed to Helping Others. Life Time Garden City Hiring Fairs

The eagerly awaited opening of Long Island’s second Life Time destination—the all-in-one sports, professional fitness, family recreation and spa athletic resort—is still a few months away, but the company is looking for passionate and positive people to join its team. Life Time Garden City expects to hire more than 300 people in a variety of full- and part-time positions for its Life Cafe, Kids Academy, Member Services, Aquatics, Group Fitness, Facility Operations and Personal Training teams and will be hosting four hiring fairs, two of which will be auditions for Group Fitness Instructors.

The hiring fairs will offer prospective employees the opportunity to meet the club’s leadership and discuss employment opportunities.

• Hiring fairs will be held Thursday, October 1 (9am-4pm) and Wednesday, October 14 (3pm-7pm) at the Garden City Hotel, 45 Seventh Street, Garden City for non-fitness instructor positions.
• Group fitness instructor tryouts (including yoga, cycle and aquatic instructors) will be held Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11 (Noon-4pm) at Life Time Athletic Syosset, 350 Robbins Lane, Syosset.

Group Fitness: Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Cycle Instructor, Aqua Instructor
Facility Operations: Team Member, Overnight Team Member, Overnight Supervisor
Aquatics: Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Swim Coach, Head Lifeguard, Swim Supervisor
Personal Training: Personal Trainer, Registered Dietician, Metabolic Specialist
