In shining detail the photographs depict Winfield Hall’s artistic and solid magnificence as the home of Frank W. Woolworth. The rolling 18 acre estate dominates so many of the other sumptuous  estates that line Long Island’ s North Shore.

“Winfield Hall is a major part of the North Shore’s and Glen Cove’s history and is a perfect example of the archives and artifacts of this marvelous era that the North Shore Historical Museum is dedicated to preserving and exhibiting,” said president of the Museum Brian Mercadante.
