Arrest Made In Glen Cove Car Break-Ins, Thefts
Police have made an arrest following a spate of car break-ins in Glen Cove.
GLEN COVE, NY -- Police said an arrest had been made in connection with several car break-ins this week in Glen Cove.
Several cars were broken into Friday in Glen Cove and then again Saturday on Frost Pond Road, Glen Cove police said in a Facebook post on Sunday.
Police increased patrols in the area Saturday night in response to the break-ins and thefts.

One person was arrested and some of the stolen property has been returned.
Police advised neighbors to lock their cars and refrain from keeping valuables in the vehicles.
