City of Glen Cove Celebrates Love at First Annual Vow Renewal Ceremony
Couples gathered at City Hall for the first-ever Vow Renewal Ceremony, marking a special Valentine's Day celebration
Glen Cove, NY – February 14, 2025 – Today, the City of Glen Cove was filled with love and joy as couples gathered at City Hall for the first-ever Vow Renewal Ceremony, marking a special Valentine's Day celebration. Led by Mayor Pam Panzenbeck, this event brought together couples from various stages of their marital journey to reaffirm their commitments to one another. Roni Jenkins served as the event emcee.
The ceremony honored thirteen couples, each with their own unique love story:
- Carolyn & Agostino Ienopoli - Celebrating 8 years of marriage
- Cesar & Maricela Dorado - Marking 10 years together
- Elana & Logan Blumenfeld - Noting 11 years of partnership
- Michele & Bunty Anand - Commemorating 13 years
- David & Alissa Woska - Honoring 30 years of love
- Eusebio & Esther Cedano - Celebrating 35 years
- Claude & Allison Turner - Recognizing 36 years
- Peter & Rita Willet - Acknowledging 40 years
- Warren Koedding & Gail Carlin - Celebrating 44 years
- Phil & Jackie DiLeo - Marking 52 years
- Dave & Peggy Nieri - Also celebrating 52 years
- Mike & Shirley DiLeo - Honoring 56 years
- Arthur & Toya Davis - An impressive 60 years together
Each couple was presented with a rose as a symbol of their enduring love. The atmosphere was enriched with a slideshow that showcased cherished moments from each couple's wedding day and subsequent years together, providing a visual testament to their love stories.
