Cops: Pair Stole Lobster Tails From Glen Cove Supermarket

The duo ran out of the store and into a tan Honda Civic, police say.

Glen Cove Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating two people they say stole lobster tails at a supermarket.

Police say the incident occurred on Wednesday, Nov, 12 at approximately 3:35 p.m. at the Stop & Shop on Forest Avenue. A woman with three lobster tails ran out of the store without paying for the lobster tails, and a man followed behind her, police said. The pair was seen getting into a tan 2006 four-door Honda Civic. Police believe the car belongs to a Flushing resident.
