Crime Blotter: Assault, Unauthorized Practice and Menacing

The Glen Cove Police Department reported the following arrests from Sept. 26-Oct. 2:

• A 20-year-old male was arrested on Leech Circle North on Sept. 27 for criminal possession of a weapon and assault.
• A 43-year-old male was arrested on Mason Drive on Sept. 28 for menacing.
• A 49-year-old male was arrested on Jerome Drive on Sept. 28 for criminal contempt.
• A 27-year-old male was arrested on Hendrick Avenue on Sept. 30 for aggravated unlicensed operation and VTL violations.
• A 23-year-old male was arrested on Brewster Street on Oct. 1 on an open warrant.
• A 39-year-old female and a 47-year-old, both females, were arrested in Forest Avenue on Oct. 1 for unauthorized practice of a profession.
