CTI Presents Hanukkah Concert on Sunday, December 5 at 11 a.m

Hanukkah Concert Features Singer Noah Aronson


Singer Noah Aronson, an exciting young performer who has presented engaging and inspiring concerts for people of all ages in this country and in Israel, offers a Hanukkah concert at Congregation Tifereth Israel (CTI) in Glen Cove on Sunday, December 5 at 11 a.m. Jelly doughnuts will be served honor of the Hanukkah holiday, which always features fried foods to commemorate oil having lasted for eight days. The concert is free, no reservations are required.

Noah Aronson, who has recorded several albums of Jewish music and also composed a wide variety of new works, was composer-in-resident at Temple Beth Elohim in Wellesley while attending Berklee College of Music in Boston. He presently is artist-in-residence at Temple Sharey Tefilo Israel in South Orange, NJ and leads services once a month at Congregation Beth Elohim in Brooklyn.

Aronson's program at CTI immediately follows a musical Hanukkah service which begins at 10:15 a.m. This service is free and open to the public. People of all ages welcome.
