To consider an application for final subdivision approval and to consider amendments to the original resolution granting site plan approval dated 2/23/10, and filed on 2/25/10,
for the proposed townhouse development to be located on the property of Congregation Tifereth Israel at 40 Hill Street, as shown on the Nassau County Land & Tax Map as Section 31, Block F, Lot 1063, lying within the R-5 Garden Apartment/Townhouse District in accordance with the Glen Cove Building Zone Ordinance & Map.
C. REGULAR MEETING -
1. LANDING COVE, LLC, LLC (The Mews at Glen Cove) - Final subdivision and amendments to previously approved Site Plan for proposed townhouse development at property of Congregation Tifereth Israel at 40 Hill Street.
- Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision. =
2. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL - Consideration of a recommendation for the rezoning of property located on the northerly side of The Place known as Section 31, Block E, Lots 368,369 &370, from I-1 Light industrial District to R-4 One & Two Family Residence District.
