The Glen Cove Planning Board is holding a special public meeting on the tonight in the Main Chambers of at 8 p.m. The following is the agenda as posted on the City of Glen Cove's Web site.
1. RXR Glen Isle Mixed-Use Waterfront Development Project: To consider a resolution adopting SEQRA Findings and approving a Special Use Permit for a PUD Master Development Plan encompassing approximately fifty-six (56) acres on the north side of Glen Cove Creek, located in the MW-3 Zoning District. Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision.
