SHALOM SHABBAT

CTI Hosts a Pajama Party for Children on Saturday, May 7 at 4:30 p.m.

 Stories, Songs, Puppets & Pizza!

Congregation Tifereth Israel (CTI) in Glen Cove presents a delightful event in which young children will greet the end of the Sabbath. On Saturday, May 7, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., youngsters from preschool through six years of age are invited to Shalom Shabbat (Goodbye to Sabbath). Shalom Shabbat is sponsored by Congregation Tifereth Israel and the Sharyn Berliner PJ Library Fund.

The activities at Shalom Shabbat include a puppet show featuring beloved children’s TV personalities, pizza, songs, stories, and crafts.  Children are encouraged to wear their PJs to say goodbye to the Sabbath.
