Anthony J. and Matias B. were recognized as March Youth of the Month.

Junior Youth of the Month Anthony J. is an eight-year-old third grader with a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. He gravitates toward subjects like math and enjoys reading books about piping plovers, reflecting a growing appreciation for nature and animals. One of Anthony’s proudest accomplishments is a comic book project he is creating with friends, an endeavor that highlights both his imagination and collaborative spirit. His creativity plays an important role in shaping his aspiration to become a digital content creator in the future. Since joining the Club this school year, Anthony has fully embraced the wide range of opportunities available to him. He especially enjoys basketball and staying active, often spending time on the playground, one of his favorite places at the facility. Outside of the Club, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Senior Youth of the Month Matias B. is a twelve-year-old sixth grader with a strong interest in social studies, reflecting his curiosity about people, places, and history. He also enjoys reading, with the Dog Man series by Dav Pilkey among his favorites. Matias has been a member of the Club for nearly two years and has built meaningful connections with both staff and peers through his enthusiastic participation in a variety of activities. He is especially drawn to sports-based programming, where he values the balance of teamwork and healthy competition. Soccer is Matias’s greatest passion, and he continues to develop his skills with dedication and focus as he works toward his goal of becoming a professional player one day.
