Glen Cove Girls Soccer Earns Accolades
Players were honored at the Nassau County Girls Soccer Coaches Association Dinner last week.
Members of the Glen Cove High School girls varsity soccer team were honored at the Nassau County Girls Soccer Coaches Association Dinner at the Crest Hollow County Club on Nov. 28.
The team was honored with a plaque for being named Co-Conference Champions. Individual honors went to Delilah Perez, who achieved All-County honors; Jaynise Espinal, who received All-Class honors for her defense as a goalie; Lucy Costello, who received All-Conference honors for her work as a sweeper and Alyssa Zangari, who was honored with the Academic Scholar Award.
