Glen Cove Senior Named Commended Student

Glen Cove High School is pleased to announce that senior Julie Micko has been named a Commended Student in 2017 the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Julie is among approximately 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Commended Students placed among the top five percent of the more than 1.6 million students who entered the 2017 competition by taking the 2015 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.

Glen Cove High School Principal Antonio Santana as well as the entire administration and staff congratulate Julie on this outstanding academic achievement.
