Glen Cove's Kickline Team Ends Season on a High Note

The team placed second in the Scholastic Kickline Competition's varsity pompom category on Sunday.

The Glen Cove High School varsity kickline team ended their season on a high note by placing second in the Scholastic Kickline Competition’s varsity pompom category Sunday at Nassau Community College.

With more than half of the team being first-year dancers, the girls worked hard to prepare two dances, pompom and high kick, beating out teams that won during the February competition.

This win comes as a strong finish to a season filled with football and basketball halftime performances, pep rally and marching in the NYC Columbus Day parade.
