Man Robs First National Bank of Long Island
The robbery occurred in Roslyn Heights on Tuesday morning.
Police are looking to identify the man who robbed a Roslyn Heights bank Tuesday morning.
According to authorities, the man entered First National Bank of Long Island, located at 130 Mineola Ave., and demanded money from the bank teller at 9:42 a.m.
The robber told the teller he had a gun, but the weapon was never seen, police said.

He fled on foot eastbound on Villa Place with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The five employees and one customer inside the bank at the time of the robbery were uninjured.

Police described the man as in his thirties, 5-foot-11-inches tall and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
