Music of the Allman Brothers at Morgan Park Summer Music Festival

On Sunday, August 13, Morgan Park Summer Music Festival will present The Allmost Brothers Band - the Music of the Allman Brothers. The free performance begins at 7:00 p.m. in Morgan Park.
The Allmost Brothers Band is a progressive tribute act honoring the tradition of the legendary Allman Brothers Band. With their high level of musicianship, authentic improvisational interplay and dedication to the high-octane performance style that established the original ABB back in 1969, the Allmost Brothers inject fresh new excitement into the classic ABB songbook. Creating the Allman Brothers experience are Sean McGrath and Dave Filloramo on lead guitars, Joe Wasserman on vocals and keys, Dave Losee and Dan Roth on drums, and Tom Hooker on bass.
“We are very excited to present another one of Glen Cove’s own, Dave Losee, and Sea Cliff’s Dan Roth and the Allmost Brothers Band. This will be a great night with the music of the Allman Brothers. Come on down for another great night!” said the festival chairman, Tom Suozzi.

All concerts are held at Morgan Memorial Park in Glen Cove, overlooking the harbor at Germaine Street between Landing Road and McLoughlin Street. The free concerts begin at 7 pm.
The Title Sponsor for the 2023 season is The Terian Family and Rallye Motor Company. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the opening of the Rallye Motor Company’s first dealership in Glen Cove. Since its founding, the Company has steadfastly manifested what it means to be a good corporate citizen and neighbor. The Terian Family and Rallye will ensure that the music will keep playing in the park for generations to come. The sponsors for the August 13 concert are Bruce and Roberta Waller.
Morgan Park Summer Music Festival is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization. The high-caliber professional concerts offered each summer are free to the public and are completely funded through generous donations from businesses and individuals. Taxpayer money is not requested nor received to fund these seasons of family entertainment.
