• Woman searching for lost family cookbook in Glenville (news10.com) — If you've shopped recently at the City Mission Thrift Store on Saratoga Road in Glenville, you might unknowingly hold a Mechanicville woman's treasured family cookbook, mistakenly donated with other items. The store and its Facebook followers are helping her search, and she's offering a $100 reward if the 1937 Better Homes and Garden volume, packed with handwritten family recipes, is returned.
   

• Francesco Galesi, developer behind Mohawk Harbor, died (dailygazette.com) — Glenville's Business and Technology Park owes much of its existence to developer Francesco Galesi, who has died at 95 after decades of reshaping the Capital Region's economy. His Galesi Group transformed empty military depots and the former ALCO site into thriving hubs like Mohawk Harbor, drawing major employers and investment that continue to benefit Glenville and nearby communities today.
