NEW YORK CITY — Shake Shack is teaming up with chef and restaurateur Jeremy Fall for a one-day-only breakfast collaboration at the chain's original Madison Square Park location next week.
The event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
The collaboration brings a Shake Shack twist to two of Fall's projects, Drugstore and SHORT ORDER.
The limited-edition menu, available from 8 to 10 a.m., will feature a Breakfast Chopped Cheese and Orange Dream Smoothie, both created with Shake Shack Executive Chef John Karangis.
The $12 Breakfast Chopped Cheese combines Shack breakfast sausage, applewood-smoked bacon and American cheese, topped with hard-boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato and onion on a toasted double potato bun. It comes with house-made deviled egg sauce.
The $15 Orange Dream Smoothie blends Shake Shack vanilla custard with organic orange juice, mango, cauliflower, vanilla collagen, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut cream and orange zest for an orange creamsicle-inspired drink.
