Activa Physical Therapy

Activa Physical Therapy is a private outpatient practice in Midtown Manhattan providing one-on-one care. Each 45–60 minute session is conducted privately with Vanessa Tory, PT, DPT, OCS, a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

Services include orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, treatment for neck and back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, and conditions affecting the shoulder, hip, knee, foot, and ankle. Specialized services include vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and vertigo, balance and gait training, and fall prevention.

Treatment may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, postural education, and individualized home exercise programs.

30-minute Stretch & Wellness sessions are also available as a self-pay service and do not require insurance.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday. Home physical therapy visits are also available.
