The Wedding Salon of Manhasset has announced its relocation to 1468 Northern Boulevard. The new site, which includes the Vera Wang Bridal boutique, is more than 10,000 square feet—double in size of the salon’s former location and now encompassing two levels.
“As we continued to attract more clientele and add exclusive designer lines, we recognized that it was time to expand our space,” says Nancy Aucone, co-founder. “We wanted to take this opportunity to create a state-of-the-art wedding gown showcase that is unique in the metropolitan area—a must-see for brides.”
The new location is adjacent to the nuBest Salon and Spa, a renowned beauty and lifestyle destination for 40 years. “It’s the perfect marriage between beauty and bridal,” she adds.

According to Aucone, “Our new space embodies the feel of an art gallery for wedding gowns, with more than 100 dresses on display. The venue is spacious, upscale, and elegant—the ideal ambiance for offering brides the shopping experience of a lifetime.”

It begins with complimentary valet parking, and entrance into the reception area, which includes a dazzling display of wedding jewelry and accessories. Ascending a double staircase (elevator also available), the customer arrives at the grand salon, a spectacular space with lofty ceilings and a wall of floor-to-ceiling mirrors alternating with windows. “Most salons have only a few dozen gowns on display, but we have a very sophisticated, fashion-forward clientele, so we wanted to give them a chance to personally view more of the selection themselves,” explains Susan Finale, co-founder.
