Hi Everyone The usual post-holiday pick up in market activity occurred in January, but these February snowstorms are really putting a dent in traffic. The buyers are definitely out there and waiting for good houses to come on the market. However, this weather has slowed down people actually looking seriously. Sellers also don't care for people tracking mud/salt/snow into the house. As a result, the early Spring Rush in February that I have been talking about might be pushing back into March. If this happens, "March Madness" will be happening in real estate as well as college basketball. If selling, use this time to spruce up the house even more. Stay warm and remember that Spring will eventually come.
