Nassau County Leg. Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) attended the Housing for All the People Gala honoring Howard and Sylvia Kimmel and each individual past or present who has joined Mr. Kimmel's efforts as a Board Member, Advisor or staff member of the Kimmel Housing Development Foundation on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Temple Emanuel in Great Neck. The gala also celebrated the Foundation’s new affiliation with Selfhelp Community Services, one of the New York City area’s largest providers of housing, home care and social services for seniors. The gala was a joyful celebration of the Foundation’s work since its creation as the Anna and Phillip Kimmel Foundation in 1994. As an added bonus, Leg. Bosworth was able to celebrate Mr. Kimmel’s 88th birthday with him!
