Great Neck Man Reported Missing
He was last seen entering a cab in Manhattan, but he never arrived home, cops said.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a Great Neck man who was last seen Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, Ephraim Slonim, 80, was last seen by a home health aide in Manhattan at 2 p.m. getting into a taxi heading towards his primary residence on Old Pond Road.
Cops said he never arrived at the location. When last seen, he was wearing a dark green fleece jacket, a baseball cap, khaki pants and Nike sneakers.
He's described as white, 5-foot-9, 186 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call their local precinct.
The Silver Alert Program has been established in order to disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
