Hariklia Koundourakis Named No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Associate on Long Island and Queens

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens is proud to announce that Hariklia Koundourakis was named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT associate on Long Island and Queens at the company’s 2013 Agent Appreciation and Recognition event held at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

Affiliated with the Great Neck Regional office, Koundourakis has been a real estate professional since 2008 and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Long Island and Queens “Rising Star” honor in 2009 after just one year in the industry. She was recognized as one of the Real Estate Journal’s “50 Women in Real Estate” in both 2011 and 2012. In 2012, Koundourakis appeared as a guest speaker at the New York Network Group’s Real Estate Expo, held at Columbia University. She most recently earned her Associate Broker real estate license.

A member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors, Koundourakis is also a member of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Construction, Design & Development Committee. She is a past cultural chairperson of the Pancretan Association of America, and is also involved in the Greater Historical Society of Astoria. Koundourakis currently resides in and is a market expert of Astoria.
