Hi Everyone This weather has slowed down the early Spring rush. The buyers are out there but the sellers are just starting to come out. There has been some uptick in activity but not as much as expected. This means late March is going to see many lisitings coming out. It is going to be a busy March/April. If you are considering selling, don't wait much longer to put the home on the market. If buying, you should see a nice selection of homes in all price levels in a few weeks.
