No Excuses…Mobile Gym Will Come To You
Inform Fitness mobile gym is available by appointment every day of the week.
There are no more excuses when it comes to finding time to fit a work out into your hectic schedule — Inform Fitness, of Port Washington, not only offers a 20-minute a week workout that builds strength and endurance, but you don’t even need to leave your home or office to do it.
Each week, Inform Fitness’ mobile gym is on the road bringing a fully functional, specially designed, air-conditioned gym directly to clients, whether they are at home or at work.
“We know that people are busy and that is why we are offering this service,” said Port Washington resident Adam Zickerman, who is the owner of Inform Fitness and author of the New York Times best selling book, Power of 10

The mobile gym, Zickerman said has been providing clients an alterative to driving to the gym for the past three years with many clients making appointments for the mobile gym to not only pull into their driveways, but also into to their office parking lots.
Business owners have also made appointments for their employees as a benefit and the gym has been popular at retirement communities, where residents can get a great workout on site, said Zickerman.

“There are so many benefits to having the mobile gym come to you,” said Zickerman, who explained that the mobile gym, which is a retrofitted bus with specially designed equipment to go with his Power of 10 Workout, comes complete with a personal trainer.
Because Zickerman’s popular workout is just 20 minutes, the bus can accommodate two clients at a time, who receive the same workout as clients who workout at one of Zickerman’s five premier locations, including Port Washington.
Zickerman’s workout, which he refined over the past 20 years, requires lifting weights slowly to work muscles to their fullest, and tailored it so it can be taken advantaged by anyone — its challenging enough for 20 to 40-year-olds and safe enough for a 90-year-old.
“Only five to seven exercises complete a total-body workout when performed using our special equipment,” said Zickerman, who said that while the 20-minute workout sounds easy, it is challenging and his clients feel the results right away.
“It is very challenging and clients quickly understand why rest is important between workouts,” said Zickerman.
To make an appointment for the mobile gym, visit the company’s website here or call 888-345-7088. Mobile gym sessions start at $100 and in-house workouts are $65.
