With support from the Peter and Jeri Dejana Family Foundation,
Port Washington Play Troupe is proud to present:
The 1940's Radio Hour
A play with classic 1940's music!It's
late December 1942 at WOV, a small, run-down radio station with no
shortage of big characters. Everyone from the curmudgeonly stage doorman
to the bobbysoxer to the flask-happy crooner have gathered to record a
broadcast for the troops overseas--and sing the decade's most popular
songs, like "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy," "That Old Black Magic," and "I'll
Be Seeing You"!
